A. Yes. The mailing address for Punch of Creativity is on the Contact Us page of this site. We prefer PayPal, but if you are more comfortable sending a check or money order, we will honor your needs. YOU MUST MAKE IT PAYABLE TO BLH CONSULTING, INC. the parent company of A Punch of Creativity.
Q. How will I know what my items will look like?
A.After we receive your order, we will send out an e-mail proof of each item you have ordered and the dates you have requested if applicable. We require e-mail approval before we go into production.
Q.Where do I send my photos I want included on my Moments To Remember Keepsake Quilt?
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. We strive to meet the needs of every customer we serve. Items that have been personalized may not be returned for exchange or refund. Items sold without personalization may be returned for exchange or refund if they are unused and in the original packaging. We can not, however, refund shipping charges. In the event that any product was developed incorrectly (wrong date, typo, wrong color, etc.), the fault being that of Punch of Creativity, the item will be immediately replaced at no additional charge. A. Any questions regarding PayPal Credit Card processing should be directed to PayPal. PayPal can be found at www.paypal.com.
Q.Do you ship outside the United States?
A.Yes. If you e-mail the destination of the package and the item to be ordered, we will reply with a shipping estimate.
Q. What if I have a special request for my custom purchase?
A. You can either use the section on each order form to indicate your special requests for copy or color, or put your special request in the special instructions for merchant link on the PayPal order form site before you hit pay now. Q.How soon will my order be shipped?
A. Most basic orders will ship within 3-5 business days from receipt of payment. Most orders ship sooner, but it depends on what you ordered and the volume at the time the order is placed. Rush shipping options are available by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The Moments To Remember Keepsake© Quilt takes 3-4 weeks if we create the quilt. If we design just the squares, it takes the standard 3-5 business days to ship.
Q.How will my order be shipped?
A. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, 3 day delivery (to most parts of the country) unless a more urgent delivery is indicated at check out. The minimum shipping charge is $4.90. part of me and selecting the options from the toolbar.
